Teleperformance (TP), a global leader in digital business services, is hiring a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the frontline connection for customers seeking support with questions, concerns, payments, and general account inquiries.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns across phone, email, chat, and/or social channels.

  • Calmly de-escalate issues and provide clear, solution-focused support.

  • Escalate complex matters when appropriate.

  • Assist with payment processing and account inquiries.

  • Document call details accurately for reporting and audit requirements.

  • Provide feedback on recurring call issues to help improve processes.

  • Upsell services when required by the program.

🧩 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 6 months of customer-service experience (call center experience preferred).

  • 18+ years of age.

  • Able to type 25+ WPM.

  • Comfortable using desktop systems and navigating Windows-based technology.

  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work within structured schedules, including varied shifts.

  • Must maintain a quiet home workspace.

  • Internet Requirements:

    • Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

    • No satellite, mobile hotspot, P2P, or VPN connections

    • Proof of speed required
