📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media.

  • Calmly manage and de-escalate challenging interactions when needed.

  • Process payments and provide accurate information regarding products or services.

  • Escalate complex cases appropriately.

  • Track and document all call information for auditing/compliance.

  • Meet established sales goals and performance metrics.

  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues or trends.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

  • Bilingual in Spanish & English (required).

  • At least 18 years old.

  • Typing speed of 25+ WPM.

  • Comfortable navigating Windows-based systems and multiple applications.

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred; college degree optional.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure.

  • Open to feedback, schedule changes, and structured workflows.


Work-from-Home Setup Requirements
  • Download speed ≥ 15 Mbps, upload speed ≥ 5 Mbps.

  • No satellite, mobile hotspots, P2P, or VPN connections.

  • Packet loss must be zero; ping < 50 ms.

  • Proof of internet speed required.
