📋 Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media.
Calmly manage and de-escalate challenging interactions when needed.
Process payments and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
Escalate complex cases appropriately.
Track and document all call information for auditing/compliance.
Meet established sales goals and performance metrics.
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues or trends.
🧩 Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
Bilingual in Spanish & English (required).
At least 18 years old.
Typing speed of 25+ WPM.
Comfortable navigating Windows-based systems and multiple applications.
Customer service or sales experience preferred; college degree optional.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Open to feedback, schedule changes, and structured workflows.
