Express Scripts Canada, a subsidiary of Cigna, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its Provider Call Centre team. This remote role supports providers, clients, and plan members with claims inquiries and health benefits questions, including dental, pharmacy, medical supplies, vision care, mental health counseling, and more. You’ll be the first point of contact for healthcare providers and members, providing accurate, timely, and professional service while helping the company meet contractual objectives and service levels. Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, occasional weekends, and holidays, is required.



📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from healthcare providers, clients, and members regarding coverage, claims, and eligibility questions.

  • Assess caller needs and provide timely resolutions.

  • Offer technical support to providers for electronic claims submissions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.

  • Deliver a world-class customer service experience with every interaction.

  • Maintain professional communication and accurate documentation of inquiries.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

🧩 Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and within a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with keyboarding.

  • Reliable home workspace with high-speed internet.
