🧩 Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required.
Must be 18+ and able to type at least 25 WPM.
Comfortable using Windows-based systems and multitasking between applications.
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work independently from home while meeting performance metrics.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of high-focus work.
Must live in one of TP’s eligible hiring states.
Reliable high-speed internet (15 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum), ping under 50ms, and a quiet workspace.
No satellite internet, hotspots, P2P, or VPN connections allowed.
