📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, chat, email, and/or social channels.

  • Aim for first-contact resolution through proactive problem-solving.

  • De-escalate issues calmly and professionally.

  • Escalate complex cases when appropriate.

  • Provide feedback on customer issues and trends.

🧩 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required.

  • Must be 18+ and able to type at least 25 WPM.

  • Comfortable using Windows-based systems and multitasking between applications.

  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to work independently from home while meeting performance metrics.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of high-focus work.

  • Must live in one of TP’s eligible hiring states.

  • Reliable high-speed internet (15 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum), ping under 50ms, and a quiet workspace.

  • No satellite internet, hotspots, P2P, or VPN connections allowed.
