TP is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic global team. 📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Field customer inquiries and respond proactively to questions, issues, and concerns.

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and professionalism.

  • Handle confidential customer information sensitively and accurately.

  • Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible; escalate appropriately when needed.

  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

  • Provide feedback on call issues and participate in process improvement initiatives.

  • Upsell products or services as required.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; customer service/sales experience preferred.

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

  • Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems.

  • College degree preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay engaged in a virtual team.

  • Home office must meet internet and workspace requirements:

    • Download ≥15 Mbps / Upload ≥5 Mbps

    • No Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN connections

    • Proof of internet speed required

    • Clean, quiet workspace
