Workit Health is looking for a dedicated Drug Screening Associate I to join their remote operations team. In this role you’ll facilitate and coordinate drug screenings for members in an online addiction-care platform—ensuring screenings are scheduled, executed and documented according to company protocols and compliance standards. 📋 Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate remote drug screenings for members via video or chat tools.
Verify participant identity and ensure compliance with chain-of-custody and other screening protocols.
Document screening results, upload required forms, and ensure data accuracy.
Communicate effectively with members, clinicians and support teams about screening processes and troubleshooting.
Maintain confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
Monitor and meet performance metrics (e.g., volume of screenings, turnaround time, quality of documentation).
🧩 Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus.
1–2 years of experience in healthcare support, customer-service or operations roles in a high-volume environment.
Comfortable working fully remotely with reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.
Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Tech-savvy and able to use multiple platforms/tools simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, maintain professionalism in a remote setting.
