Teleperformance — a global leader in digital business services — is hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to support customers across phone, email, chat, and social channels. In this role, you’ll handle patient or member inquiries, resolve issues calmly and professionally, escalate matters when needed, and help improve the customer experience with empathy and precision.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions and concerns.

  • De-escalate challenging interactions with patience and professionalism.

  • Escalate issues to higher support levels when appropriate.

  • Assist with requests such as payment processing or account updates.

  • Track call details for quality, auditing, and reporting purposes.

  • Provide feedback on recurring call issues or customer pain points.

  • Perform upselling when required based on training and guidelines.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.

  • Must be 18+ years old.

  • Ability to type 25+ WPM.

  • Comfortable using desktop systems and Windows-based software.

  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to stay focused in a structured, metrics-based environment.

  • Open to feedback, policy changes, and varying shift schedules.

Preferred:

  • Customer service or sales experience.

  • College degree (not required).
