📋 Key Responsibilities
Accept and process service requests, updates, and emails from clients or technicians via phone and email.
Accurately document call details and service information in company databases.
Provide customers with service status updates and call completion notifications.
Solicit and gather client feedback to support continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot service tickets to determine the best resolution or next steps.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assist Field Service Technicians with service ticket questions and workload needs.
Transfer and update call information between clients and technicians through phone, email, and text messaging.
Coordinate with Field Service teams to ensure timely updates and adherence to ETAs and SLAs.
Stay up to date on procedural changes, call handling standards, and email communication.
Maintain consistent communication with coworkers and other departments to support workflow.
