Carnival Cruise Line is hiring energetic, relationship-driven Personal Vacation Planner (PVP) Agents to join their upcoming virtual sales training class. In this remote outbound sales role, you’ll work with warm leads—past guests, active planners, and people who’ve already expressed interest in cruising.


Your goal is simple: build rapport, understand each customer’s travel dreams, and help them book the perfect cruise vacation. You’ll reach guests through calls, texts, email, and social media using Carnival-approved tools, while managing all follow-ups and sales activity in Carnival’s CRM.


This is a high-volume, metric-driven environment with unlimited earning potential, a supportive team culture, and the chance to turn your personality and sales instincts into a rewarding career. Average annual earnings often reach $65k–$70k, with top performers earning over $100k+.


📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls, texts, and other approved communications to generate cruise sales.

  • Present cruise packages, make tailored recommendations, and guide customers through booking.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

  • Manage all activity in the CRM — follow-ups, appointments, lead updates, and sales notes.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, productivity standards, and performance metrics.

  • Stay current on Carnival products by participating in required training and team meetings.

  • Maintain accurate knowledge of cruise features, benefits, promotions, and pricing.

  • Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and support ethical, compliant behavior.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Minimum 1 year of inside or outside sales experience with proven success.

  • Strong customer service background and ability to build new business relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, text, and digital channels.

  • Goal-driven mindset with strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency and comfort navigating CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must reside in FL, GA, TX, or NC and maintain reliable attendance.

  • Fluent English communication skills required.
