This internship offers real-world experience in customer operations, order fulfillment, and process management at one of America’s most respected apparel companies. This is a remote role with occasional on-site travel (< 2 %) to Dearborn, MI for team activities or training.



📋 Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Account Services team in managing and updating customer order information, contracts, and bulk orders.

  • Generate and maintain reports using tools like SAP or Power BI (training provided).

  • Assist with sales-order processing, tracking system updates, and coordinating issue resolution.

  • Help with customer return requests and assist in processing credits and debits.

  • Respond to internal team requests and provide administrative support across projects.

  • Participate in special assignments or process-improvement initiatives as directed by leadership.

🧩 Preferred Qualifications


  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an associate or bachelor’s program in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Genuine interest in customer service, operations, or e-commerce.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); willingness to learn tools such as SAP and Power BI.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
