As an Assistant Lending Specialist, you’ll support loan application preparation, gather required documentation, assist with underwriting workflows, and deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and existing borrowers. 📋 Key Responsibilities
Assist potential and existing customers with loan applications and required documentation.
Support the pre-qualification, underwriting, and closing process by organizing financial materials and ensuring accuracy.
Provide professional phone-based and digital customer service to borrowers and partners.
Work across multiple systems to manage application status, documentation flow, and follow-up requests.
Collaborate with the Lending Division to deliver timely, detail-oriented support.
Maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and follow established protocols.
Participate in hands-on training modules and ongoing coaching to build product knowledge.
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn.

Intermediate computer proficiency and strong multitasking abilities.

Salary range: $45,000–$55,000/year.
