TTEC is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English. In this role, you’ll handle incoming communications from customers, apply your product or service knowledge, and deliver outstanding service from a work-from-home environment.


🧠 Key Responsibilities


  • Answer incoming communications from customers.

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

  • Resolve escalated or complex calls, consulting on products with compassion and ensuring a positive experience.

  • 6 months or more of customer services experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English.

  • Computer experience.

  • High speed internet connection (>15 mbps).

  • Note: Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington D.C. will be considered only based on special business need.
