TTEC is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English. In this role, you’ll handle incoming communications from customers, apply your product or service knowledge, and deliver outstanding service from a work-from-home environment.

Answer incoming communications from customers.
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English.
Computer experience.
High speed internet connection (>15 mbps).
