📋 Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold outreach to move prospects from initial contact to qualified opportunities.
Respond quickly to inbound leads, converting them into meetings or pipeline opportunities.
Articulate Genea’s value and identify customer pain points to position the right solutions.
Book and hand off well-qualified meetings to Account Executives or Regional Sales Managers.
Ensure accurate lead routing and provide detailed discovery notes.
Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage activity, track metrics, and report on progress.
Meet and exceed quota targets and activity expectations.
Develop rapport with prospects and collaborate closely with internal teams.
Refine and apply sales cadences, outbound playbooks, and qualification frameworks.
Showcase an entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset in managing your success.
🧩 Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
Proven success with outbound sales cadences and prospecting strategies.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in physical security or access control sales.
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
