Conduent is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to provide outstanding customer service and support for benefits-related inquiries. This fully remote role allows you to assist members with claims, debit card issues, HSA contributions, website navigation, and account updates while managing multiple systems and maintaining accuracy.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist members with claims, HSA accounts, tax forms, and online navigation.
Help members with website registration, password resets, and online portal issues.
Support members in placing commuter orders, checking balances, and managing contributions.
Process member requests such as account closures, transfers, or profile updates.
Track call information, maintain accurate records, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Successfully complete production goals and meet performance metrics.
🧩 Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
6+ months of customer service experience required.
Ability to successfully complete computer-based customer service assessment and typing test.
Must complete mandatory paid training with 100% attendance (3-week virtual + 2-week nesting).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work weekends and variable schedules within 24/7 operations.
Must pass a background check including employment and education verification.

Home internet: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, wired via ethernet.
Quiet, distraction-free home office with no unauthorized electronics.
