TSI-CXBPO is hiring Remote Call Center Representatives to provide exceptional customer service from home. In this role, you’ll assist customers with account inquiries, provide detailed explanations of account status, document information accurately, and adhere to state and federal regulations.

📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and account concerns.

  • Document and maintain accurate customer account information in client systems.

  • Explain account status and provide detailed answers to customer questions.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Assist with delinquent accounts according to guidelines.

  • Discuss additional products or services during qualified calls.

  • Meet metrics including inbound handle time, quality assurance goals, and production measures.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Effective call handling and professional communication skills required.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a call center preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn software applications.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Strong attendance and reliability.

Work-From-Home Requirements
  • Broadband internet required (no DSL or dial-up).

  • Hardwired connection required; Wi-Fi not allowed.

  • Internet speeds: 25 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.

  • Camera required during training.

Training & Hours
  • Paid training starts Monday, January 19, 2026.

  • Training hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm EST (2 weeks + 1 week nesting).

  • Post-training schedule: 7am–7pm EST, flexible shifts.
