📋 Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, compassionate customer service to patients while accurately recording account information.
Assist with account resolution by reviewing balances, offering solutions, and setting up payment arrangements.
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls daily.
Navigate multiple computer systems and meet individual performance metrics.
Maintain compliance with company guidelines, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements.
💻 Remote Work Requirements
To qualify for remote work, you must have:
A quiet, private workspace free from distractions.
High-speed hardwired internet (at least 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
Ability to connect via 50 ft Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi or hotspots not supported).
Residence in one of these states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA.
All technical requirements met before training begins.
Company-provided equipment will be shipped to you.
🧩 Requirements
HS diploma/GED required
No relevant work experience required

Prior collections, call center, medical billing, or customer service experience is helpful but not always required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate or guide difficult conversations.
Comfortable in a metric-driven environment with fast-paced call volume expectations.
Tech-savvy enough to manage multiple systems and document account details accurately.
Reliable time-management skills and the ability to work independently from home.
