Beyond Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in its financial-hardship programs. As part of the Client Success team, you’ll provide compassionate, top-tier service, guiding clients from enrollment through graduation and helping them on their path to financial freedom.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service across high-volume inbound and outbound client phone calls of varying complexity.
Identify and resolve client issues with active listening, critical thinking and first-call resolution mindset.
Operate, navigate, and troubleshoot multiple systems/CRM to document client interactions and changes.
Meet and exceed client-centric performance metrics focused on service quality and efficiency.
🧩 Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant call-center experience is required.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with wired (ethernet) setup; must be able to work from a distraction-free home office.
Strong computer technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred (but not required).
