CVS Health is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional phone-based support to Aetna Medicaid members and healthcare providers. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls about benefits, eligibility, prior authorizations, and general service needs — helping members access the care they need with compassion and efficiency.

🕓 Schedule:

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST (first 6 weeks)

  • Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST

  • Must live on the eastern seaboard.



📋 Key Responsibilities


  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers with professionalism and empathy.

  • Assist with benefit inquiries, eligibility verification, and provider or ID card requests.

  • Provide accurate information on prior authorization and extra benefits.

  • Document all interactions thoroughly and follow up on open issues.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to performance and quality standards.

  • Work effectively from home while ensuring a quiet, professional workspace.

  • Commute occasionally to the Charleston, WV office if technical issues prevent remote work.

🧩 Preferred Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Prior experience in a remote or call center environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

  • Reliable high-speed internet with a secure Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a structured setting.

💰 Pay Range: $17.00 – $25.65/hour
