🕓 Schedule:
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST (first 6 weeks)
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST
Must live on the eastern seaboard.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from members and providers with professionalism and empathy.
Assist with benefit inquiries, eligibility verification, and provider or ID card requests.
Provide accurate information on prior authorization and extra benefits.
Document all interactions thoroughly and follow up on open issues.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to performance and quality standards.
Work effectively from home while ensuring a quiet, professional workspace.
Commute occasionally to the Charleston, WV office if technical issues prevent remote work.
🧩 Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Prior experience in a remote or call center environment preferred.
Knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare a plus.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Reliable high-speed internet with a secure Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a structured setting.
