One Inc is looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Service Team Lead to guide and support a team of remote Customer Service Representatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, thrives in fast-paced customer support environments, and feels confident taking initiative. As a Team Lead, you’ll serve as a mentor, problem solver, performance coach, and escalation expert — all while helping maintain a smooth, high-quality experience for customers and your team.


🧠 Key Responsibilities


  • Provide daily support, guidance, and oversight to a team of remote customer service agents.

  • Coach team members on performance, customer interactions, and policy adherence.

  • Monitor individual KPIs and offer timely feedback to encourage growth.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on procedures, tools, and contact center workflows.

  • Handle escalated customer concerns with little oversight.

  • Identify process issues and escalate them appropriately to management.

  • Lead performance reviews, development discussions, and corrective actions when needed.

  • Coordinate communication between team members, QA, and leadership.

  • Organize and track schedules, workloads, and daily priorities.

  • Maintain accurate performance records and ensure team goals are met.

  • Host team meetings to review updates, metrics, and upcoming changes.

  • Provide on-demand coaching and support to help agents succeed.

  • 💲 Pay: $24/hour

🧩 Preferred Qualifications


  • 1–2 years of experience managing a customer service team (remote or in person).

  • Strong coaching, training, and performance management abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.

  • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and empathy.

  • Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.

  • Insurance or call center experience is a plus.

  • Bilingual applicants encouraged (not required).
