Ncontracts is hiring a Remote Customer Success Associate who thrives on building relationships and driving value for clients in the financial services space. You’ll manage a portfolio of growth clients, work cross-functionally across Product, Sales and Support, and be a trusted advisor helping clients adopt, retain and expand usage of Ncontracts solutions.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Manage a book of business for growth clients through the post-sales journey including kickoff, adoption, renewals and client advocacy.
Drive process recommendations and engagement strategies to accelerate adoption, retention and value realization.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support and other teams to resolve risk and enhance outcomes.
Prepare and deliver periodic business reviews for customer stakeholders and executive audiences.
Develop a thorough understanding of Ncontracts SaaS solutions and customer business environments in financial institutions, fintech or banking.
🧩 Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a related client-facing role.
Experience working with complex, multi-divisional or multi-geographical customers; exposure to C-suite or executive level relationships a plus.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint and willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent time-management and stakeholder-management skills; results-driven, team-oriented and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
