📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and chat.

  • Handle product-specific questions and coordinate communication with external stakeholders.

  • Develop and continuously refine the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and leadership teams to resolve issues and deliver insights.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with a variety of users.

  • Creative problem solver with the ability to propose solutions independently.

  • Self-starter mindset with resilience and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.

  • Comfort working individually or collaboratively within a small team.

  • Nationwide applicants welcome; SF Bay Area candidates must work in-office five days a week.
