📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product or service concerns via phone and computer-based systems.

  • Document customer interactions accurately for auditing and reporting purposes.

  • Update and maintain customer account information.

  • Upsell customers on new or enhanced services when appropriate.

  • Follow communication and service standards to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Operate effectively in a remote work environment with company-provided equipment.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED (documentation required).

  • Must provide 10 years of verified work history. (This does not mean relevant experience, they only want you to be able to prove your general work history to deter scammers from applying)

  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional listening and comprehension abilities.

  • Customer-oriented, professional, and courteous.

  • Remote work requirements include:

    • Private, distraction-free home office

    • High-speed internet (DSL or cable) — 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum

    • Direct-wired ethernet connection (no WiFi, satellite, or dial-up)
