In this role you’ll help healthcare-related customers via phone, email or chat from your home office, handling inquiries about member services, billing, Medicare or other programs. You’ll join a remote team supporting a national client.

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a healthcare call-center setting (e.g., member services, Medicare, billing).

  • Document all interactions accurately, escalate issues as needed and follow established workflows.

  • Use multiple systems simultaneously and ensure quality, schedule adherence, and service-level targets are met.

  • Work remotely with a dedicated home workspace, and be available during the defined shift schedule.
