Cadence Health is on a mission to deliver proactive care to one million seniors by 2030. As an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the very first voice new patients hear — guiding them through the enrollment process, explaining program benefits, and ensuring they feel supported from day one.


Working closely with Cadence’s clinical team and partner health systems, you’ll help extend proactive care directly into patients’ homes — empowering them to manage chronic conditions and stay healthier, longer.


🕓 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM (PST, CST, or MST)



📋 Key Responsibilities


  • Place outbound calls and texts to patients referred by partner physicians.

  • Clearly explain program details, benefits, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.

  • Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments.

  • Build rapport and trust with patients through authentic communication.

  • Follow approved scripts and meet quality assurance standards while keeping conversations personal and empathetic.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and meet productivity targets.

🧩 Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in healthcare services with accountability for performance metrics.

  • Proven success handling high-volume outbound calls.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build rapport, address concerns, and guide patients toward informed decisions.

  • Experience using CRM or call-tracking software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.

  • Thrives in a results-driven, autonomous environment built on trust and collaboration.

💰 Pay Range: $20–$23 per hour + quarterly incentives (estimated $60K–$70K OTE)
