📋 Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound member and agent inquiries regarding P&C insurance products (auto, home, business).

Meet performance criteria for service quality, efficiency and member satisfaction in a remote setting.

🧩 Preferred Qualifications
Active P&C insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one) in your state of residence.
