📋 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and digital inquiries from members regarding personal lines of insurance (auto, home, etc.).
Advise customers on policy coverage, billing details, renewals, and claim procedures.
Review, update, and process policy changes in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and document accurate member records and communications in CRM systems.
Meet defined performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and member retention.

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required in your state of residence).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance customer service or related call center role.
