📋 Key Responsibilities
Conduct 70+ outbound calls daily, along with follow-up emails and SMS outreach.
Introduce eligible families to Imagine Pediatrics and clearly explain its value.
Address questions, hesitations, and objections with empathy and professionalism.
Meet or exceed monthly goals for engagement, enrollment, call quality, and follow-up.
Document call notes and enrollment details within a CRM system.
Schedule patient and family hand-offs to the appropriate care teams.
Use dashboards and reports to identify unresponsive families and develop outreach strategies.
Collaborate with teammates during meetings and contribute to a positive, mission-driven culture.
Escalate trends or barriers to enrollment, offering ideas and solutions.
🧩 Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound-focused roles such as call centers, customer service, outreach, or enrollment.
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to learn medical terminology and government program details (e.g., Medicaid).
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask across multiple software tools and systems.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Reliable high-speed internet.
