AirGarage is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operational and financial performance across its West Coast parking facility portfolio. AirGarage is transforming the $131B parking real-estate market by bringing offline assets online and optimizing them with real-time data, dynamic pricing, enforcement technology, and end-to-end automation.
In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day operations, appearance, and revenue performance of parking facilities in your region. You’ll manage third-party vendors, refine enforcement strategies, develop dynamic pricing models, and ensure each property is performing at its peak. Expect a mix of strategy, analytics, onsite problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Partner Success, and regional leadership.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
Oversee daily operations and visual appearance of all facilities in your region.
Manage third-party vendors (cleaning, maintenance, Wi-Fi installation, repairs, signage).
Conduct site visits, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth facility performance.
Enforcement Optimization
Lead and optimize the Space Force (contract enforcement fleet).
Refine incentives, test new programs, and maximize enforcement efficiency.
Pricing & Revenue Management
Build and iterate on dynamic pricing strategies.
Evaluate market trends, competitor rates, occupancy patterns, and local events.
Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track revenue performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Regional GM on pricing, channel strategies, and P&L goals.
Work with Partner Success to ensure great experiences for property owners.
Provide product feedback to Engineering on tools and workflows that affect operations. 💵 Compensation

🧩 Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups (DoorDash/Uber-style ops preferred).
Ability to work West Coast hours regardless of home location.
Strong analytical skills — proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent process-building skills: SOP creation, workflow optimization, quality assurance.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel 20%+ for site visits, vendor management, and regional support.
Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
Comfort with hands-on work, on-site troubleshooting, and field execution.
Must pass a SQL skills test after the first interview.
