In this role, you’ll help customers resolve support tickets ranging from general inquiries to complex technical issues, all while delivering exceptional service within defined service levels. 📋 Key Responsibilities


  • Engage with customers to resolve support tickets covering a wide range of questions, technical issues, and product needs.

  • Write clear, helpful, and tailored communications to guide customers toward solutions.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

  • Serve as a trusted, caring advisor who communicates with professionalism and empathy.

  • Manage multiple competing priorities and maintain accuracy and responsiveness within SLAs.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes or create scalable solutions for the team.

  • Support a 24/7 global operation, including semi-regular weekend and holiday availability.

🧩 Preferred Qualifications


  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role.

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

  • Strong commitment to customer experience and continuous learning.

  • Highly motivated, caring, and passionate about problem-solving.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt creation.

  • Experience with financial services, payments, or fintech is preferred.

  • Exposure to analytics tools for troubleshooting is a plus.

  • Multilingual skills are a bonus.

  • Comfort using Slack, MacOS, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
