Teleperformance is hiring a remote Sales Customer Service Expert to support customers across phone, chat, email, and social channels during evening and overnight shifts. In this role, you will help customers resolve issues, answer questions, process payments, and deliver exceptional service while also meeting sales objectives.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve questions and concerns.
Calmly de-escalate issues and provide solutions.
Escalate complex interactions when appropriate.
Assist with processing payments and account actions.
Track call-related data for compliance and reporting.
Provide feedback on common customer issues.
Meet defined sales goals and service standards.
🧩 Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months of customer service experience required.
Must be 18+ years old.
Ability to type at least 25 WPM.
Comfortable using desktop systems and navigating Windows-based tools.
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
College degree is a plus, not required.
