📋 Key Responsibilities
Build and execute Ahrefs’ multi-channel social media strategy, ensuring every platform supports broader brand goals.
Develop a cross-channel content calendar and define goals for each platform (education, thought leadership, community, updates).
Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, product, content, employer branding, and leadership — to align messaging.
Work with channel owners (YouTube, personal-brand accounts, research team) to unify narrative while keeping platform specificity.
Manage daily operations for Ahrefs’ accounts across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Community, Reddit, and others.
Stay ahead of trends, shifts, and new content formats; propose timely ideas and experiments.
Monitor discussions, engagement, and sentiment; foster meaningful, human-centered community interaction.
Track KPIs across engagement, reach, traffic, authority signals, and follower growth; share insights and optimize strategy.

Proven experience managing social media for a brand or high-profile creator.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to build a cohesive system across many platforms.
Excellent writing skills with adaptable tone depending on the channel.
Deep understanding of algorithms, content performance, and audience behavior.
Comfortable coordinating across teams and unifying stakeholders toward shared goals.

Experience in SaaS, SEO, or technical content is a plus but not required.
