Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, this part-time role leads social media strategy, public relations execution, editorial planning, and content creation to strengthen brand reputation and drive engagement. You’ll create integrated campaigns, manage brand accounts across major platforms, produce graphics and videos, handle press communications, and contribute to strategic outreach efforts. If you're a highly organized communicator with deep social media expertise and a passion for positive-impact brands, this temporary assignment offers meaningful work in a fast-growing organization.



📋 Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the design and execution of social media strategy, integrated campaigns, and content themes across all Mindr brands.

  • Manage social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube) and support launches for new brand initiatives.

  • Maintain a proactive editorial calendar and schedule content consistently.

  • Create bulk content including graphics and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

  • Develop, execute, and report on social content strategies aligned with KPIs and business goals.

  • Analyze engagement, growth, conversions, and algorithm changes — translating insights into actionable improvements.

  • Oversee community engagement, proactive interactions, and moderation of user-generated content.

  • Draft press releases, customer communications, and external announcements for Mindr’s portfolio of brands.

  • Manage incoming media inquiries and coordinate assets as needed.

  • Collaborate with agency partners to integrate legislative and public affairs content into PR and social campaigns.

  • Set up and manage influencer and affiliate-marketing programs.

  • Provide support for internal communications and contribute positively to team culture.

  • Perform additional marketing and PR duties as assigned.

🧩 Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of professional social media and public relations experience.



Required Skills & Experience:


  • 5+ years managing social media posting, community engagement, and audience-building.

  • Proven success launching and scaling brands across major platforms.

  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Experience setting up and managing influencer/affiliate marketing programs.

  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and content-creation workflows.

  • Strong experience planning and executing campaign-driven content calendars (HubSpot or similar).

  • Advanced skills in social media analytics and reporting tools.

  • Ability to juggle multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments.

  • Clear, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and excellent writing abilities.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

  • Hourly range: $32.42–$41.83 per hour.
