Myriad Women’s Health is hiring a compassionate and detail-driven Inbound Patient Advocate to support patients, providers, and medical staff across its women’s health testing services. As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver empathetic guidance, help patients navigate testing and insurance questions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate support.

📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with up to 50 patients, clinics, and providers daily via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Assist with inquiries about Myriad products, testing services, insurance billing, and result timelines.

  • Coordinate with engineering, billing, and laboratory teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and results.

  • Follow standard operating procedures while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.

  • Identify customer service trends and collaborate with leadership to improve workflows.

  • Respond quickly to inbound requests and deliver a supportive, professional experience.

  • Maintain accuracy when handling patient data and navigating multiple systems.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 1+ year of relevant experience, OR an associate or bachelor’s degree.

  • Spanish fluency preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.

  • Fast typing speed and accurate transcription abilities (preferred).

  • Proficiency with PC tools including Excel, Word, email, and web platforms.

  • Ability to multitask under pressure while staying organized and detail-oriented.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on pattern recognition and process improvement.

  • Reliable high-speed internet meeting required minimums:

    • 50 Mbps download

    • 5 Mbps upload
