Oak Street Health — part of CVS Health — is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I, a fully remote outbound sales role supporting patient acquisition for one of the fastest-growing primary care networks in the U.S.


In this position, you’ll handle high-volume outbound telemarketing calls (300+ daily), connect with prospective Medicare-eligible patients, explain the value of Oak Street Health’s care model, and schedule their first doctor’s appointments. The role blends customer engagement, sales skills, and healthcare knowledge — with structured training and strong support from a national health organization.


You’ll complete a mandatory 4-week remote training program and then work within call-center operating hours of 5 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat). This role is ideal for someone who can thrive in a performance-driven environment and wants to build a long-term remote career in healthcare sales.


💰 Pay Range: $15.00 – $24.23/hour (base pay; varies by experience, education, and location)


📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients, averaging 300+ calls per day.

  • Explain Oak Street Health’s care model and help prospects understand their options.

  • Use sales skills such as rapport building, qualification, objection handling, and closing.

  • Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas.

  • Understand Medicare basics and insurance requirements.

  • Navigate multiple systems, including Google Suite, CRM tools, and call-center platforms.

  • Participate in a 4-week training program (Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5:30 PM).

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

🧩 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.

  • Prior outbound call center sales or telemarketing experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficient with PCs, remote-work tools, and multitasking across multiple systems.

  • Strong listening, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Comfortable with base + bonus salary structure.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus.

  • Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

  • Must be able to attend remote training sessions daily.

  • U.S. work authorization required.
