Charlie Health is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support clinical hiring as the organization continues to expand access to virtual behavioral health care nationwide. In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing, engaging, and supporting licensed clinicians throughout the recruitment process — ensuring Charlie Health can meet the growing demand for high-quality, personalized care.
This is a fast-paced, outbound-heavy recruiting role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, sourcing creatively, and working independently while partnering closely with hiring leaders.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and recruit clinical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), job postings, and recruiting workflows.
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Build and maintain a strong, ongoing pipeline of clinical talent.
Document all candidate activity accurately throughout the recruitment process.
Identify new sourcing strategies and clinical networks to expand the candidate pool.
Deliver a strong, respectful candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
🧩 Requirements
1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project-management skills.
Comfort working with KPIs, metrics, and high-volume recruiting goals.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
Work authorization in the United States; native or bilingual English proficiency required.
