💰 Compensation: $80,000–$140,000/year (OTE)

💬 Job Overview

Finalsite is hiring an Associate Sales Consultant (ASC) to drive new business and expansion within K–12 charter and independent schools. In this role, you’ll manage a defined book of business, secure new logo sales, and partner with Client Success to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.


This is a consultative sales role ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, running product demos, and guiding prospects through complex buying decisions — all in a mission-driven education technology environment.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospects in an assigned territory.

  • Manage and forecast pipeline and revenue for assigned book of business.

  • Maintain an active prospect pipeline and advance deals toward close.

  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Deliver high-level product demonstrations across Finalsite’s solution suite.

  • Develop deep knowledge of Finalsite products and client benefits.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to advance opportunities.

  • Partner with Client Success to identify revenue opportunities with existing clients.

  • Collaborate with Rev Ops and Enablement to process new business contracts.

  • Focus on maximizing new logo win rates while maintaining customer satisfaction.

🧩 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA or BS).

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Sales or account management experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in education technology is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort managing high volumes of customer interaction.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Must reside in and maintain permanent residency within the United States.
