One Call is hiring a Care Coordinator I to provide customer support to business customers via phone, email, or instant messaging. In this fully remote role, you’ll assist with inquiries, process orders, update account information, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate product-related problems when necessary.

📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Process high volumes of support requests and resolve a targeted percentage independently.

  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and use available tools to determine solutions.

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Track, document, and update customer information accurately.

  • Meet quality, productivity, and schedule standards.

  • Provide mentoring or guidance to less experienced Customer Service Associates.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong computer navigation and general office software skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities under moderate to significant workload stress.
