Sedgwick is hiring Care Team Representatives to provide empathetic, high-quality service to customers regarding claims across multiple lines of business. 📋 Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to external customers and internal teams.
Act as a liaison, directing calls to appropriate escalation paths as needed.
Document detailed notes for phone calls and track all interactions according to standard processes.
Educate and inform customers on processes, timelines, and inquiry status via multiple communication channels.
Resolve issues in one call whenever possible (“one-call resolution”).
Investigate customer feedback and identify trends.
Assist with administrative and corrective/preventative actions.
🧩 Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Clerical or customer service experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC use.
Minimum typing requirements must be met.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Work Environment
