Sedgwick is hiring Care Team Representatives to provide empathetic, high-quality service to customers regarding claims across multiple lines of business. You’ll help customers resolve inquiries efficiently, document interactions accurately, and ensure a smooth claims experience — all while gaining skills and experience in a supportive environment.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to external customers and internal teams.

  • Act as a liaison, directing calls to appropriate escalation paths as needed.

  • Document detailed notes for phone calls and track all interactions according to standard processes.

  • Educate and inform customers on processes, timelines, and inquiry status via multiple communication channels.

  • Resolve issues in one call whenever possible (“one-call resolution”).

  • Investigate customer feedback and identify trends.

  • Assist with administrative and corrective/preventative actions.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Clerical or customer service experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC use.

  • Minimum typing requirements must be met.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Work Environment
  • Physical: Computer keyboarding.

  • Auditory/Visual: Adequate hearing, vision, and speech.

  • Mental: Clear thinking, good judgment, ability to meet deadlines.
