📋 Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer contacts (phone and chat) to assist with captioning services.
Provide feature training and product guidance for ClearCaptions devices and services.
Update customer accounts, ensure accurate documentation, and follow established SOPs.
Meet daily/weekly service metrics including performance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot basic telephony issues and provide installation guidance.
Manage customer records within Salesforce CRM.
Maintain a professional, distraction-free home office environment.
🧩 Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
3+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred).
2+ years of technical support or proven technical ability.
Ability to clearly explain complex info to customers, especially seniors.
Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, and Salesforce.
Skilled at identifying customer needs over the phone and troubleshooting issues.
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
Reliable, predictable attendance.
