In this fully remote role, you’ll serve as the human connection between shoppers and their experience with branded resale. That means resolving issues with empathy, accuracy, and speed while helping one-time customers become long-term advocates of sustainable shopping. 📋 Key Responsibilities
Respond to high volumes of customer inquiries via email and chat with empathy and accuracy.
Resolve issues involving orders, returns, account access, and listing errors.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets in a queue-based system.
Flag emerging ticket trends to CX leadership for awareness and action.
Provide feedback on pain points and process improvements.
Stay updated on policies, workflows, and product changes through meetings and documentation.
🧩 Requirements
1+ year of customer-facing experience (email/chat experience preferred).
Strong written communication with excellent attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
Highly organized, with strong time management within a queue workflow.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team.
