📋 Key Responsibilities

Meet service expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.

🧩 Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18+ with a stable work history.
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
Willing to accept a temporary assignment.
Professional home workspace with no conflicting responsibilities during shifts.
Experience with internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Able to type 25 WPM+ accurately.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must live in an approved state.
