💬 Job Overview

CareXM is a leader in clinical triage and virtual care, supporting patients and their families when they need guidance most. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for callers — answering questions, routing calls appropriately, and providing calm, professional support in healthcare-related situations.


This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time remote work, evening hours, and meaningful work in healthcare without needing clinical experience.


📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from patients and their families.

  • Provide general information and support related to healthcare services.

  • Triage calls and route them to the appropriate department.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Follow up with callers when needed to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


🕒 Schedule & Pay

Pay:

  • $13/hour

  • $14/hour for bilingual Spanish/English speakers

  • Bonus opportunities available

Training Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday for 3 weeks

  • 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. EST (paid training)

Work Schedule (Part-Time):

  • Weekday evenings (approx. starting 3:00 p.m. EST)

  • Weekend afternoons (approx. starting 10:00 a.m. EST)

  • Includes a Saturday shift

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare environment.

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.

  • Internet connection (satellite and mobile hotspots not permitted).

  • Webcam required.

  • Operating System:• Windows 11 or• macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer

  • Dedicated, private workspace in a separate room that is quiet and distraction-free.
