Beyond Finance is hiring a compassionate, client-focused Customer Service Representative to support individuals enrolled in their financial hardship programs. Salary Range: $19–$20/hr (based on skills, experience, and location)
📋 Key Responsibilities
Provide caring, helpful customer service over high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues using active listening and critical thinking.
Educate clients on Beyond’s financial hardship programs and processes.
Build and maintain positive client relationships across the entire customer journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Navigate multiple systems to research, document, and update CRM account information.
Troubleshoot technical or configuration issues using various software tools.
Meet and exceed performance metrics focused on quality and efficiency.
Engage with leadership and teammates to improve workflows and service standards.
🧩 Requirements
Minimum 1 year of call center experience (required).
Bilingual Spanish preferred (not required).
Reliable high-speed internet with ethernet connection (required).
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and listening.
Ability to operate, navigate, and troubleshoot multiple software systems.
