Beyond Finance is hiring a compassionate, client-focused Customer Service Representative to support individuals enrolled in their financial hardship programs. In this role, you’ll serve as the guiding voice for clients from enrollment to completion — helping them understand the program, addressing concerns, and ensuring they feel supported and empowered in their financial recovery journey.


This is a fully remote role with structured training, high-volume client interaction, and a strong emphasis on empathy, problem-solving, and first-call resolution. Salary Range: $19–$20/hr (based on skills, experience, and location)


📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide caring, helpful customer service over high-volume inbound and outbound calls.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues using active listening and critical thinking.

  • Educate clients on Beyond’s financial hardship programs and processes.

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships across the entire customer journey.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

  • Navigate multiple systems to research, document, and update CRM account information.

  • Troubleshoot technical or configuration issues using various software tools.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics focused on quality and efficiency.

  • Engage with leadership and teammates to improve workflows and service standards.

🧩 Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience (required).

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred (not required).

  • Reliable high-speed internet with ethernet connection (required).

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and listening.

  • Ability to operate, navigate, and troubleshoot multiple software systems.

  • Empathy-driven, patient, and committed to client understanding.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work from a distraction-free home office.
