Experience & Skills
  • Previous customer service experience required.

  • Strong telephone communication skills.

  • Clear written and verbal communication.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle digital workflows.

  • Ability to work 20–40 hours per week during standard business hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Must pass reading comprehension, scripting evaluation, and background checks.
