Frontline Call Center is hiring Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives to deliver a premium, white-glove experience to high-value clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact across phone, chat, and email — providing empathetic, solutions-focused support while maintaining Frontline’s elevated service standards.


This role is ideal for professionals with call center, technical support, or high-touch customer service experience who are comfortable owning the full customer journey and working in a structured, performance-driven remote environment.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience with clear, positive, and professional communication.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.

  • Actively listen, assess needs, and tailor each interaction — no scripted, one-size-fits-all calls.

  • Take ownership of customer issues through resolution and proactive follow-up.

  • Document interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Maintain composure and professionalism with high-expectation or frustrated customers.

  • Experience in high-touch customer service, technical support, or call center environments.

  • Must reside in TX, SC, NC, FL, or GA and be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Windows 11 PC required (no Macs or Chromebooks).

  • Dual monitors required.

  • Minimum 16 GB RAM (12 GB usable).

  • CPU utilization at or below 50%.

  • At least 256 GB storage (SSD preferred).

  • Hardwired Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi not allowed).

  • Internet speed requirements:

    • Download: 20 Mbps+

    • Upload: 10 Mbps+

    • Ping: 20 ms or less


👉 Candidates must join the interview from the computer they plan to use, with camera on and screen sharing enabled to verify system specs.
