PerfectScale by DoiT is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey end-to-end — from technical validation and proof-of-concept through implementation, adoption, and long-term success. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and R&D to ensure customers achieve measurable value from PerfectScale’s Kubernetes optimization platform.
This role is ideal for a technically inclined CSM who enjoys working directly with customers, guiding implementations, and influencing product adoption in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Own and adapt the end-to-end customer journey to meet evolving customer needs.
Lead technical validation and POCs during the sales process.
Build deep expertise in PerfectScale’s technology to establish CS best practices.
Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, retention, and risk mitigation.
Build relationships across customer organizations, from end users to executive sponsors.
Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and internal account assessments.
Create tailored Success Plans aligned to customer goals and outcomes.
Guide customers through key moments of implementation and adoption.
Act as the customer advocate internally with sales, product, engineering, and finance teams.
Maintain accurate customer records, billing coordination, and CS playbooks.
🧩 Requirements
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or software sales.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Experience building and executing customer Success Plans.
Comfort interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
Strong organizational and data-driven decision-making skills.
Collaborative, team-oriented approach with high integrity.
