📋 Key Responsibilities
Enter data accurately from multiple sources into Axion databases and client portals.
Ensure turnaround times are met for all assigned data entry projects.
Transcribe information into required electronic formats.
Review and verify data for accuracy; correct errors proactively.
Comply with data integrity, confidentiality, and information security policies.
Follow security backup and information safety procedures.
Communicate with project managers regarding project needs and updates.
Maintain accuracy and productivity standards consistently.
🧩 Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2–3 years of professional data entry experience required.
Keystroke rate of 15,000 keystrokes per hour (50 WPM) error-free.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows (Mac acceptable).
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable high-speed broadband internet connection required.
Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
