Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk to support Medicaid Drug Rebate operations in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of drug rebate payments while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.


This position plays a critical role in supporting healthcare programs that serve vulnerable populations. It’s well-suited for individuals who excel in high-volume data entry, value accuracy, and enjoy working in structured, process-driven environments.



📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Process Medicaid Drug Rebate payments accurately and on time.

  • Post and reconcile rebate payments using PRIMS and Process Manager systems.

  • Maintain, track, and update weekly deposit spreadsheets and related correspondence.

  • Index, correct, and post historic payments as needed.

  • Manage EFT deposit spreadsheets and coversheets from manufacturers.

  • Ensure compliance with Desk Level Procedures and contract requirements.

  • Maintain quality, production, and compliance standards set by management.

  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives to improve workflows.

  • Contribute consistently to team and organizational goals.

🧩 Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general PC/Windows systems.

  • Experience using Adobe or Nitro PDF tools.

  • Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop Connection preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Ability to handle high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy (10-key proficiency).

  • Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours consistently.
