You’ll manage a recruiting pipeline, conduct outreach calls, qualify leads, and guide students from interest → enrollment, all while representing a mission-driven company focused on empowering student potential. 📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed revenue and recruiting goals by prospecting and converting new students.

  • Conduct needs-based conversations with families and decision-makers.

  • Maintain and manage an accurate recruiting pipeline within the CRM.

  • Forecast opportunities and meet assigned KPIs.

  • Conduct research, market analysis, and evaluate opportunities.

  • Engage cross-functional teams and communicate student insights to the company.

  • Maintain professional, solutions-focused interactions via phone and email.

  • Ensure all enrollment, registration, and policy requirements are followed.

  • Perform additional duties as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sales experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong customer-service mindset and excellent phone communication skills.

  • Ability to build rapport, consult, and close sales over the phone.

  • Comfortable managing time, maintaining focus, and meeting metrics remotely.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse individuals.

  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and networking skills.
