📋 Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed revenue and recruiting goals by prospecting and converting new students.
Conduct needs-based conversations with families and decision-makers.
Maintain and manage an accurate recruiting pipeline within the CRM.
Forecast opportunities and meet assigned KPIs.
Conduct research, market analysis, and evaluate opportunities.
Engage cross-functional teams and communicate student insights to the company.
Maintain professional, solutions-focused interactions via phone and email.
Ensure all enrollment, registration, and policy requirements are followed.
Perform additional duties as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required; sales experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer-service mindset and excellent phone communication skills.
Ability to build rapport, consult, and close sales over the phone.
