As an Enrollment Specialist, you will conduct initial screening consultations, explain Isaac Health’s services to prospective patients, and convert inquiries into active patients. You’ll coordinate scheduling, assist with technology questions, partner with medical providers and home care aides, and ensure each patient or caregiver receives a supportive, compassionate experience from day one.
Because you’ll often be speaking with individuals facing cognitive challenges or caring for loved ones, strong communication skills and emotional resilience are essential.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Conduct screening calls and consultations with patients and caregivers.
Explain Isaac Health’s services, care pathways, and expectations with clarity and empathy.
Coordinate appointments with medical providers, therapists, and home care aides.
Assist patients with technology troubleshooting and portal navigation.
Collect relevant medical history and ensure proper documentation.
Follow up with interested patients to increase conversion and engagement.
Maintain patient satisfaction and reduce drop-off during onboarding.
Collaborate with clinical teams to support smooth care transitions.
Communicate with other members of a patient’s care team as needed.
Uphold privacy standards and follow secure telehealth requirements.

Experience & Qualifications
Sales experience required (ability to motivate, persuade, and drive conversions).
Background in healthcare, elder care, or dementia/Alzheimer’s support strongly preferred.
Experience coordinating care, speaking with medical professionals, or handling health-related information.
Must be able to work East Coast hours.
